Beautiful place. The decor is well designed, calm relaxed atmosphere. Lovely food. Not much options for vegetarian unless you love mushrooms, no salt and pepper chips gutted. Very small selection of pizzas. Food is tasty Toilets are the cleanest I've ever seen in a restaurant, hopefully they remain like that! Give it a go. You will be surprised
I went out for my birthday and was blown away by the experience! The staff were super friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The food was top-notch, and the whole atmosphere was bright and comfortable, perfect for celebrating. Plus, the decor was modern and clean, which added to the vibe. I can't wait to visit again!
Absolutely amazing experience yesterday. We booked for a table of 4 and a baby in a pram. It was absolutely heaving yesterday, every table was full along with people waiting for a table. Even though it was extremely busy, every single staff member was polite and attentive, especially the man at the front who showed us to our table (I’m assuming the manager or owner). We were really impressed by the quality of food, not a single bit of chewy meat. Everything was piping hot and despite how busy it was, there was never once an empty tray. I also noticed that the chefs were constantly replacing food that was getting older which put my faith in them that everything was fresh. Every dish also had lots of flavour. Lots of dessert choices too! Also- was over the moon that the sushi was good quality! One of the most important things that I noticed was that the staff were very helpful with a wheelchair user, they brought her through a different door to her table. This impressed me because my mum is in a wheelchair and I’d love to bring her and now I know that she can come! We definitely will be back. Well worth the money. Especially feeding our little girls tummy for 2.99!
Definitely will visit again. Stunning interior, the food was amazing our servers couldn't be anymore attentive they were perfect! We came for my boyfriends birthday and definitely will be back, well done Umami!
My husband and I walked up the well lit staircase up to the restaurant. There is a lift, but wasn’t working when we visited. We were shown to our table and the waiter explained the charges. 20.99 per adult. Drinks were reasonable priced. The food was varied and hot. Indian, Chinese, Asian, roasted meats. As well as chips, sausages and nuggets for the less adventurous. The deserts were a sight for sore eyes (and full stomach’s) We will definitely be back later in the year.
Visited for the first time yesterday and quite enjoyed it, it's definitely a good spot to dine with a nice selection and attentive staff.
Came here for my birthday. Zethan looked after us so well. He was amazing, brilliant, and gave us friendly service. Will definitely come here again
The food at Umami was amazing! You can find a variety of foods from starters to desserts . We came here twice when we were on holiday in Blackpool. The prices are also reasonable. Their staff, Yasmine and Lucas, are really friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our dinner at Umami
